Having been a career imaging specialist, I understand the value of using imaging equipment to augment what I can see with my eyes only. Just like X-ray in medicine provides visible diagnostic information to the Physician, Thermography provides that information to the Home Inspector.

Adding Thermography is a very expensive decision. The cost of the camera and the required Level 1 training adds up to several thousands of dollars. But, I felt that it was necessary in order to provide the most thorough, comprehensive property inspections.

In the field of Home Inspections, Thermography is that indispensable tool that assists me to detect: moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, & Insulation failures.

I will, now, do a limited Thermographic scan at no extra charge on each of my home inspections. This will provide additional information to help you make a better buying decision or to better understand the property that you may be selling.
